Before submitting please tell us if you have tried the following three steps: 
  1. Read the Student FAQ, specifically checking your computer/laptop meets the minimum system requirements. Let us know what device you are using.
    We currently don't support smartphones or tablets. 
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies for all time. Often browsers store info (cache) that speeds up future load times but can slow down your current performance. Inspark offerings work best on Firefox.
  3. If you have AdBlocker installed in your browser, disable or whitelist to have it not block your work. Refresh your browser after making these changes.
